Support Specialist

Our support specialists are a key element within our infrastructure; they are the first point of contact and are expected to provide technical and non-technical support over the phone and via support tickets. Support specialists are required to exercise judgment in decisions they make, create and maintain customer loyalty by going above and beyond the customer’s expectations.
