They delivered a superb upgrade to my wife's four year-old Sony Vaio laptop, installing Windows 7 (from the slow and inefficient Vista it came with), plus a larger faster drive. The machine is now really slick and most impressive in its operation, far better than it was when bought new

I then gave them a big challenge, to upgrade a computer specifically built for professional video editing. Such a machine requires powerful and effiecient processing to deal with large media files. Several upgrades were needed, including a new high speed video media disc, a new powerful graphics card, plus a new main drive disc. The work was completed efficiently in a couple of days, and since then the machine runs extremely smoothly and reliably, and I have used it successfully to create several documentaries and corporate training and information films which have been well received by their audiences
